Nita was the most kindest person she would help anybody who needed help. We worked together for years at the nursing home always like our own little family. She always remembered special dates like birthdays anniversaries and Christmas sending out cards. Todd and I always enjoyed our lunch dates catching up on everything. Rest in Peace dear friend you will truly be missed. Wendy Ravenscroft

Nita was a special friend & coworker. We worked at the Nursing Home for many years together. Lots of laughs & many memories. No more pain my friend, fly with the angels. My condolences to Janice & family. Kathy McDonald

We can remember many the phone call we had, arguing about this, that or the other, and we would always end up agreeing to disagree agreeably. Many was the time she called to tell Carroll when a game was cancelled, rescheduled, or the ending score if he happened to miss the game. There were phone calls that we laughed at each other about. There were calls we cried over things, people, happenings, and prayers. I am thankful I was able to give her rides when she felt up to leaving the house or had to go somewhere. There was such a disconnect for me when I was working, but Nita would always call to keep me up to date on what was going on in Huron. There were times those phone calls were inconvenient but we always called back at a better time and never felt slighted because we had to wait for that more convenient time.Loved to hear her laughter. She will be sorely missed by so many. Now I guess Janiece and I will have to pick up some of those traditions. See you later, Nita. Arlene and Carroll
